For use with Robots in Disguise "Prowl" and Car Robots "Mach Alert", this kit is designed to turn the sleek police cruiser into a fire chief's car that transforms into the Decepticon Security Enforcer, Red Alert! There was an uncanny resemblance between the vehicle mode of RID Prowl/Mach Alert and G1 Red Alert... This unique sticker kit takes it all the way! Why make an Evil Red Alert kit? In the G1 cartoon, Red Alert temporarily defected against his comrades along with his pal Starscream. His nervous, rash personality makes him one of the "most likely to turn"... Besides, we need more new Decepticons in RID!
Evil Red Alert's color scheme is a sinister purple, and the Autobot logos are replaced by Decepticon logos. In addition, "Anti-Autobot" logos are included, and the tail section sticker reads "I (LOVE) STARSCREAM!" (inside joke from the G1 episode).
This kit is designed so that it covers the black paint, effectively changing the color scheme of the car body. This also helps to form a new G1-style robot mode. Stickers define details faithful to the G1 Red Alert in both robot modes! There are even stickers for the head, which changes the white to black, and simulates the look and detail of the original Red Alert's head design.
