Banana walnut-bread

banana walnut Ingredients :
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs         
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas 
  • 2 cups all-purpose white flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped walnut, if you want to     use
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
  • Mix sugar, margarine and eggs, beat hard until fluffy. Add mashed banana.

  • Mix flour with baking powder, salt and soda. Stir into creamed egg mixture.     Mix until just blended. Add walnut. Pour into a greased  29x5x3 inch metal loaf pan.

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Bake for 60/70 minutes or until loaf tests done.

  • Cool on rack..
