Description: This is the "young" version of our Barbera, mainly characterized by the lively ruby red colour, the freshness of taste and the intensity of the bouquet.

Wine-making process: Treading-destemming, 7 day maceration on skins 
Refinement: Some months in basins, then completing its ripening in bottles

Bouquet: Fruity, with notes of underwood berries
How to drink it: Just uncorked when it's new, at a temperature of 16-17° C
Pairing: Ideal with roasted meat (white and red), charcuterie, middle-mature cheese.
How to keep it: Repaired from light, in a cool and dry place
