First, some copyright messages: if you would like to publish this website on some
Amiga magazine, or to use parts of it, ask me first. Some parts of the site (photos, benchmarks
datas) are not made by me, but have been submitted by some contributors, so if you would like
to use them, you must ask them directly.
First of all, I would like to thank the thousands that came here in the latest year, even if it was
a simple page with absolutely no graphic and no real HTML! It had really a great success, that's why
I decided to work on this website.
Now it's time for some credits!
Harry 'Piru' Sintonen (sintonen@iki.fi)
First of all, thanks for BlizKick, and for being one of the best Amiga programmers, that really are worth
of the respect of the Amiga community. Harry gently provided nearly all the scans of the BlizzardPPC board.
Jacek Rzeuski
I would like to thank Jacek for his help during the first phase of the overclocking, when he first overclocked
the PPC of his Blizzard. He helped me with very helpful technical notes.
Last but not least :-)
Carl Moppet, who sent me the photo of a pair of very well-done sockets for PPC/68k.
Also, thanks to all the people who will send me benchmarks for PPC, 68k, and SCSI devices.
Used Software
Here is a list of the software used for to build these webpages.
Candy Factory Pro
CFP has been used to paint part of the logo ('overclock place'). I think it's one of the best PPC programs out
there, maybe a little bit slow, but great anyway.
TVPaint
NewTek's great 2D paint program. Too good that this piece of software has been donated for free
to Amiga community, too bad that it's not more developed. Give me a TVPaint with more than 3 layers and
with virtual memory support, and I will forget other Amiga painting software :)
CyberGFX 4
Of course :) to overclock of the BVisionPPC
AWeb
Gently and freely provided by Amitrix when I was the editor of Enigma Amiga Run, I used it to test and debug
the little Javascript used.
IBrowse 2
Used to edit the HTML and the texts on the fly.
