This is my first try of a personal graphics gallery. Here there will be my last tests, renderings and experiments.
And here we are with the first test of my "new" rendering age ^__^.
I called it simply "CoolPlane", for obvious reasons, I was just testing what you can do with volumetric lights.
This is the first Frame of a 4 seconds animation, you can download the bigger version (1024x768 - 112Kb - jpg) or the entire animation compressed in mpeg1 format (320x240 - 270Kb). Nothing special, but a really nice and easy Fx. As an important note I must add that you should set the properties of your player to "loop" and here I also state that M$ Mediaplayer (at least version 6.3) Sucks Big!. I explain better: this is my absolutely first animation on a M$ Windoze based Pc, so I worked as normal, rendering the single frames and then compressing them in mpeg1 format...well, the resulting animation plays MUCH darker than the original in Mediaplayer (the player that most of the downloader will use to see it), lowering a lot the overall quality, as lightning was accurately balanced during scene creation. It's like seeing a completely different animation: just compare the colors of the first frame published here with the ones in the animation. They must be the same! If not, your player sucks too...
