REPARATION OF THE MATERIAL
To realize this stationeryy you will need only a glitter, as this one:

If you want to create it yourselves by following indicated processes HERE.
You will also need a background which you can createe in a free way with your Paint Shop Pro software by leaving of one of the images of your choice.
INSTALLATION OF THE STATIONERY
Open your Scrippy software and click the icon representing a blank page. In the window which will open, click on OK.
The numeration which you will see below corresponds to the succession of compartments in Scrippy. You will note that I made groupings, helping me so sometimes of Positioned Container to regroup various containers. Indeed all the containers to create the effect which you saw could be quietly positioned towards the left, but because there are many parallel elements to be create (in 4 angles, I opted for the grouping and so the creation in simultaneous various elements which are in 4 angles. That's why we shall have generally groupings of 4 positioned containers under a main positioned container.
1) Insert/Background. Click Browse to go to look for your background. Scrolling: No. scrolling. And do not change any other option (no word marked in Advanced options and everything has to stay in 0).
2-14) Insert/Container/Positioned Container.
It will serve for the first grouping of 4 positioned containers. It will be enough to put 0 in the compartments of the left column for Left, Right, Pip and Bottom.
3) Insert/Container/ Positioned Container
and leave it in the position where it is and you will complete part to the left by putting the following values:
- Horizontal Layout: Set Position and Width: Position from Left: 30 ; Specified Size: 20
- Vertical Layout: Set Position and Height: Position from Top: 20 ; Specified Size: 10
4) Insert/Background.
Click Browse to go to look for your glitter. Scrolling: Right. Pixels per second : 10 ; pixels per move : 1: Smoll scroll : coché.
And do not change any other option (no word marked in Advanced options and everything has to stay in 0).
5) Insert/frame
and use the following values. Style : groove; width : 1; colour: black .
6-8) Click the compartment 3, make Edit / copy Positioned Container, take place in the compartment 5 and click the icon Paste. Move your positioned container towards the left in correspondence of the compartment 3, then modify only Left by Right. So you will have Right and Top.
9-11) As for the previous phase and this time, mark Left and Bottom.
12-14) As for the previous phase and this time, mark Right and Bottom.
15-27) Take place on the compartment 2. Copy and paste it and put this new series of compartments completely towards the left.
New values to be put in each of the internal 4 Postioned are the following ones:
- Horizontal Layout: Set Position and Width: Position from Left: 30 ; Specified Size: 20
- Vertical Layout: Set Position and Height: Position from Top: 50 ; Specified Size: 10
So if you understood well, it will be necessary to modify only a data in each (in from Top instead of 20, put 50).
28-40) As for the previous grouping, and this time in each of the 4 internal positioned containers, it will be necessary to put the following values in the various fields ( white spaces), without changing anything the other one: in the order 60; 20; 50; 10.
41-53) As for the previous grouping, and this time in each of the 4 internal positioned containers, it will be necessary to put the following values in the various fields ( white spaces), without changing anything the other one: in the order 60 ; 20; 80 ; 10.
54-66) As for the previous grouping, and this time in each of the 4 internal positioned containers, it will be necessary to put the following values in the various fields ( white spaces), without changing anything the other one: in the order 90 ; 20; 80 ; 10.
67-79) As for the previous grouping, and this time in each of the 4 internal positioned containers, it will be necessary to put the following values in the various fields ( white spaces), without changing anything the other one: in the order 90 ; 20; 110 ; 10.
80-92) As for the previous grouping, and this time in each of the 4 internal positioned containers, it will be necessary to put the following values in the various fields ( white spaces), without changing anything the other one: in the order 20 ; 10; 20 ; 40.
93-105) As for the previous grouping, and this time in each of the 4 internal positioned containers, it will be necessary to put the following values in the various fields ( white spaces), without changing anything the other one: in the order 50 ; 10; 20 ; 70.
106-118) As for the previous grouping, and this time in each of the 4 internal positioned containers, it will be necessary to put the following values in the various fields ( white spaces), without changing anything the other one: in the order 80 ; 10; 50 ; 70.
119-125) As for the previous grouping, and this time can eliminate 2 internal positioned containers. In this way we are going to create the first long vertical bar.
In the first internal positioned container : From Left : 110 ; 10 (first column); mark Set Top and Bottom Edges (second column): Top : 80 ; Bottom : 80 .
In the second internal positioned container : From Right 110 ; 10 (first column); Mark Set Top and Bottom Edges (second column): Top : 80 ; Bottom : 80 .
126-140) As for the previous grouping, and this time in each of the 4 internal positioned containers, it will be necessary to put the following values in the various fields ( white spaces), without changing anything the other one: in the order 120 ; 20; 110 ; 10.
Now we are going now to build the second block vertical line main clauses.
141)Insert/Container/ Positioned Container and put it completely to the left.
The small last one grouping, understanding only 2 positioned container. It will be enough to put 0 in the compartments of the left column for Left, Right, Top and Bottom.
142) Insert/Container/ Positioned Container and leave it in the position where it is and you will complete so:
- Horizontal Layout: Set Position and Width (first column) : Position from Left: 140 ; Specified Size: 10
- Vertical Layout: Set Top and Bottom Edges (second column) : Position from Top: 110 ; From Bottom: 110
143) Insert/Background. Click Browse to go to look for your glitter. Scrolling: Right. Pixels per the second: 10; pixels per move: 1: Smoll scroll: marked.
And do not change any other option (no word marked in Advanced options and everything has to stay in 0).
144) Insert/frame and give it the following values: Style : groove; width : 1; colour : black .
145-147) Make a copy and paste the positioned container of the compartment 142 and place it towards the left in correspondence of the first. Mark Position from Right. Leave the other options.
148) Insert Message Area and place it completely towards the left. Put the margins which hold count positions of the positions of the motive built in 2 vertical edges. Here are just margins: Left: 160; Top: 160; Right: 160; Bottom: 160. But you are free to vary them.
You have only to complete by putting a loading message, a ticker and of the music ( sound ).
On the whole, so , in my stationery there are exactly 151 compartments.
The other variation: if you want, give a different direction(as I made) in the backgrounds of right-hand side with regard to those of the left (I opted for the direction with the right-hand side for those of the left and the opposite for those of right-hand side).
