Internet is a powerful source of information, the Net
provides us with a lot of pages and sites about wargaming. Almost every page has a link section, I hope that this list can be useful for you ! |
Low Cost links !! A rich site, with a lot of useful stuff for plastic 20mm wargamer, is Military Miniature Magazine. It is an online free magazine with multi languages edition. The address is http://www.miniatures.de/ M3 contains several conversions, expecially about napoleonic wars, a complete list of products and manufacturers, detailed articles about uniforms, armies organizations, vehicles, wargames stuff and a lot more !! Incidentally I'm the italian chief editor but Klaus Schultheis is the overall chief editor. Another beautiful site is Ed's Hobby Hovel at http://tetrad.stanford.edu/, published by mr Ed Allen. You can find some free rules, view my Free rules section for more info, and a lot of multiperiod sections, from DBM to 19th century, including a lot of napoleonic's stuff. One of the richest site I have ever seen. I surf Internet since 1995 and one of the first site I found was The Miniatures Page at http://theminiaturespage.com/. Visit it, you'll find useful information. Another link , another plastic wargamer, Nick Grant from New Zealand; very good site with a lot of useful DBx information for low cost / plastic aficionados !!! This site contains info about availability, conversions and a good section for beginner: how to field a DBA army with plastic soldiers. Recommended !!! |
