Yin Fu
school program (2)
One generally chooses (or is chosen for) to follow one of the two traditions, Cheng or
Yin. Sometimes someone follows both.
If he chooses the Yin tradition besides the 12 kicks he performs 32 techniques on the
circle. I will enumerate the first 16 for love of brevity: 1)CHONG ZHANGs ("Palm directly
hitting") 2) KAIZHANG ("Opening palm ") 3) PULONG ZHANG
4)SANCHUAN
ZHANG ("Three Penetrations") 5) SHANCHUAN ZHANG ("Three dodging penetrations
")
Shanchuan zhang
6) TIWAN ZHANG "to Kick the wrist") 7) SHUNSHI ZHANG ("to Follow the direction") 8) FANBEI CHUI
("Backfist") 9)FANSHEN ZHANGs ("Overturning body palms
") 10) BEISHEN ZHANG ("Palm on the backside") (you see here under)

11) GUNTUI ZHANG ("Kick toward the back") 12) JIESHOU ZHANG
("Intercepting Palms ") 13) YANZHOU ZHANG ("Palms with the elbow that covers") 14) MOSHEN ZHANG ("Palms rubbing the body") 15) FANQIE ZHANG
("Palm with inverted cut") 16) YE ZHANG ("Palm downward") (this last is the characteristic mark of this style)

After the 32 techniques
(that in the years have shown various changes) there are two / three forms that unite
them and they include elements of Dajia and Xiaojia.
If the student follows the whole program, the scheme is:
DINGSHI BAZHANG
YING (YIN PAI) ZHANG BASHI
ROU (CHENG PAI) ZHANG BA ZHANG
24 SHIs ZHANG
There are then three taolus for beginners and three advanced taolus (these last ones classified as
traditional), all together 6. These taolus generally mix in equal parts the Cheng
school with the Yin school (in the "traditional" this last seems to be prevailing). Among the weapons we have the
dao or broadsword, the double crescent swords, the spear, the two head
spear, the "wind-fire" circles and the "the judge's brushes" (Panguan bi) also called "brushes of the
Hanlin academy ."
