10th grader, Yuuki Miaka, had just ended an adventure from the world inside a book called "The Universe of the Four Gods" and returned home. Her lover, who she met in the book, was reincarnated in the real world by the power of the God, Suzaku, and they were able to meet again.

However, Suzaku once again appeared before a happy Miaka's eyes. In order to seal the evil being, "Majin", Suzaku needed the power of Miaka and her lover Taka, and so he entered into her watch. Miaka, using Suzaku's powers, went inside the book again but could only stay inside the book for 1 hour at a time. And so Miaka's wondrous adventure begins again.

While in the book again, Miaka meets the Majin, Tenkou. The Majin was trying to break Miaka's and Taka's love and destroy Taka. To prevent Taka's destruction, 7 stones must be gathered.

Those stones are actually part of memories that were placed in the world of the book when Taka was reincarnated. Whenever Taka places a stone in his hand his memories are returned little by little. Having gathered 3 of the stones with the help of Tasuki, Hotohori, and the other Seishi, Miaka and Taka returned to the real world but...!?
