Continued from before. I believe there have definitely
been times where I've been told "Ah this scene was in that manga" But it
isn't because I definitely knew and imitated! (Even such a imbecile
manga artist has pride...) Well, after being told I finally realized and
went into a "Damn!!" pattern. It's an accident. (Double sweat drop) Ah,
"Magical Nan" in particular (Sweat drop) My editor had given me a reference
book so I made it so it was completely different. But in the end it became
"like that book" (has to do with the page number) but I don't want to do
that if possible. Incidentally, the influences on my artwork during Jr.
high and high school were animators more than manga artists. I liked Ashida
Yuu-san and Takada Akemi-san (For my old artwork (see the 3rd volume of
Shishunki (Sweat drop)) it was Takada-san back then) and also Inomata Mutsumi-san.
Now I hardly have the opportunity to watch even anime so I don't really
know but. I loved anime back then, so long ago. Then it seemed unlikely
that I'd try to do shojo manga. (Even if you ask people there aren't any
creators who are exactly alike) /(Arrow): Extremely hard to balance.
A lot of creators use the same system but...even if I wanted to change
it's impossible (sweat drop)/ As it was difficult artwork even for me.
(Sweat drop) Besides I was influenced by shonen manga and my friends thought
for sure I'd go to shonen magazines like "Shonen Sunday". But due to past
3 years effort it's gotten shojo manga-like. (heart)... But
I still need work... My stories have become longer but, a manga
artist's desire is often also on paper, so I guess it becomes a bit of
reference. (?) Anyway, now I'm studying and absorbing all kinds of creators'
good parts, I'll keep on, assimilating it for myself (not imitating),
and put it out. Because I'm also a person who was assimilating for myself
and throwing away parts that didn't fit. And I'll watch a lot of movies,
dramas, and novels of course. That's right, like the late Tezuka Osamu-sensei
said "If you want to draw fresh manga don't read a person's manga", right~~?
What does a person who bought a "How to draw manga" book after her
debut say? (Double sweat drop) I'm sorry (Sweat drop)
(Arrow):I was questioned by a friend. (Sweat drop) I
didn't really know an efficient method so could only buy and study it...
Isn't that OK?...(Sweat drop)
