This movie is the sequel of the great colossal Ghostbusters. Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson did a good work in this movie, altought many fans will agree that the beginning was too long and the final has ended too fast in a way that might be different.
Five years passed and Peter Venkman, Raymond Stantz, Egon Spengler and Winston Zeddemore still work as Ghostbusters, but the work starts to lack, until Vigo, the Carpathian, tries to return to life to conquer the world. He needs a baby to reincarnate and chooses Dana Barret's son, Oscar. A great quantity of ectoplasmic slime starts to grow underground and ghosts invade New York city again. But Ghostbusters are convoked in a tribunal to respond for a blackout caused by their activities. There, a great scene begins with Peter, Ray and Egon against the Scoleri brothers ghosts. Too bad that they cut off the scene Winston Zeddemore (Ernie Hudson) with no apparent reason.
In the end the Ghostbusters come face to face with Vigo and basically people defeat him with theyr positive energy and singing, caused by Ghostbusters' big end of the year show with Miss Liberty statue.
