S.r.l., part of the Rockwell Automation group,
produces systems for automation.
Dott. Ing. Gianluca Massaccesi collaborated
in the development of a lamp-holder project for industrial
indicators. The project was developed using the most
advanced methodologies of 3D modeling and virtual prototyping.
 The
objective of the project was to simplify the number
of starting product pieces, by joining together all
the necessary functions in only two parts. Thanks to
the possibilities offered by the computer tools used,
it was possible to verify the matching, the functionality,
the specifics of electronic isolation and to dimention
the blockage system of the lamp on the virtual prototype.
