ALFHONS'S ARMOUR
Needed material:

Procedure
To explain this costume is really complex, so I will say only the fundamental parts.
Head: Make the head's shape in metal net and fix it with iron wire (attention to don't put the wire in danger places like eyes.
Now cover the back part with paper tape and then with silver vynil cloth, you can use of glue.
Now with the same procedure of Ed's automal , make the pieces of the elm.
Use the rubber for car.
for the eyes, put in the mask a little piece of black cyfone or other trasparent cloth, and draw on it with acrylic pen the eyes, so you can see without problem, but the others don't see your eyes.
When you have covered with all pieces the head, in the center of it, do a hole and in this put the white hair tail, fix it inside the elm with a good knot and duct tape.
Now cover with a little piece the attachment of the tail.
For the horn I used a piece of transparent plastic covered with vynil cloth, and rolled onto itself.
For the decoration with elm you can use a black waterproof felt pen or use other pieces of rubber covered with cloth.
Body: Make always with metal net the shape, cover it with paper tape and then with fiberglass (attention this procedure is really dangerous for beginners), wait that all are dry.
Now cover the body with vynil cloth, you can use the glue and American tape,
then cut the shapes of armour in foam rubber covered like car rubber, and attach them at the body. (this is really a long work).
For the horns on the shoulders you can use the same mode of head's horn.
Arms and Legs are made by pieces always in foam rubber like the body's part, and for the leg do two braces that keep them on.
For the knee-pads and elbow guards make it in plastic net, fix with iron wire.
Cover them with vynil cloth, for the little horns, make them with ceramic, for the stamp you must create also it.
Attach this little horn with a iron wire that you have inserted inside them, when you made them.
Shoes: Take a pair of shoes, and color it with silver color, and put on it the pieces in rubber for car or foam rubber with insert always the little horns.
Gloves: take a pair of brown gloves in leather and attach on it the pieces in rubber for car or foam rubber.
Flamel decoration: you can use various modes, the first is that to draw it by hand with acrylic color, the second draw it with a stancyl, but the more simple and to good aspect is that to print the Flamel on special trasparent adesive paper for printer,
cut and attach it on the armour.
The dress: you use a lillac cloth and sew it, for the circle you can use circle for curtains and insert it with velcro.
Bag: you can make it with strong paper, plastic or cloth, but I advice to use a deck bag (those for Magic or Yugi-Oh) and color it with white color, now cut the strip in withe faux leather and attach the deck container with glue.
To put it in the leg on the closure put a piece of velcro.
The under dress: use a black shorts and shirt.
I'm sorry if I can't explain better this costume, but the realization is really long and complex, to do it in necessary to have a lot of patience.
