The computer assisted design avails itself also on methodologies able to simulate the mold behaviour in the working mode, forseeing the dynamic thermofluid characteristics of the cavities and the alimentation system.

Even the cooling system performance can be forseen and optimized through appropriate thermal analysis. In this way the mold design experience finds a preventive verification in their simulation with relapse benefits on productive start time and final costs of the manufactured good.
