Description:
- pipextend allows for the calculation
and modeling of the 3D model development
of tubes from the 3D models of the tube,
modeled by one or more sweep features
- there is the possibility of calculating
the stretch caused by the deflection,
through algorithms defined by the user
on the basis of the bending radius and
the cross-section area (on request)

Below you can see the development
on the screen.
The procedure realizes a solid extrusion
of which the section coincides with that
of the sweep and which the extrusion distance
coincides with the length of the tube to
be developped.
Furthermore, the procedure inserts reference
levels in corrispondence with the end of
each tube element.
