Cem S.r.l. (Centro Elaborazione Modelli) is specialized in the realization of prototypes using rapid prototyping techniques. By using special machines, based on the powder deposit and polymerization technology, the company is also capable of producing, from the 3D CAD models, prototypes in polymeric material without the needing to produce molds and in a very short time.

These prototypes can be used to verify the esthetics and the functionality of a project, and to facilitate the production of the mold of the definitive manufactured good.

Dott. Ing. Gianluca Massaccesi collaborated with CEM by supporting the technical personnel in the integration of
I-Deas Master Series CAD-CAE system, for the solid digital modelling and the creation of STL files for the programming of the machines.
