FR22 Mouse management

Not all the observer commands are mouse oriented, so often it is necessary to use the keyboard specially for roll the view.

FR23 Multirefence systems

To help the user to orient the observer should be useful the addiction of other reference systems.

Actually the front and rear views are implemented. More views should be useful.

Is requested the capability of avoiding the travel trough the bodies when the user moves the observer.

Is requested the capability of setting properties that Celestia uses for moving the observer when another destination is selected.
