Bono Exacta

For over 40 years Bono Exacta has been the center of design and production of pumps and dosing systems of the Bono Group; the high level of specialization achieved and the growing affirmation in many productive areas, important for the company's development, have pushed Bono Exacta to look for other synergies and alliances with the SEKO Group, Italian constructor and leader in the field of electromagnetic pumps.

From May 2002, SEKO and EXACTA together have given birth to the most important Italian group in the sector of pumps and dosing systems.

Dott. Ing. Gianluca Massaccesi was asked to train the personnel of the technical department on the use of simulation software of the mechanisms integrated in the I-Deas CAD-CAE system.

The training enabled Bono Exacta to verify the kinematics and dynamics of the pump mechanism, guaranteeing the functional objectives of the components. Through the kinematic and dynamic behaviour simulation it was possible to virtually see the developing product in motion, right from the study phase and before the construction of the first prototypes. It was therefore possible to forecast the forces and the kinematical size which would have developed in the real working condition, and from these analysis it was possible to decide on the best design.
