S.r.l., born in 1977, is an international
leader in the construction of helical impellers for
axial fans.
The impellers produced are used for industrial fans
and in agriculture for atomizers. The products are destined
to special machine makers who, even in far countries
such as Australia, find the solutions to their problems
with Elettrouno, thanks to the assistance of specialized
engineers.
The finite element thermo fluid dynamic analysis software
FloWorks was applied to a variable-pitch impeller in
 production.
The totally three dimensional calculation method made
it possible to evaluate the distribution of the pressure
and speed of the fluid dynamic field in simulated test
conditions.
It was therefore possible to foresee the complete performance
of the revolving machine, in terms of dynamic pressure
given to a fluid, to the variation of the shaft speed,
the vane pitch and the fluid discharge.
