Since 1976 TGT
S.r.l. is specialized in the building
of impellers with welded blade.
It uses a technical-productive department which
is always looking for decisive and advanced innovations
to guarantee a reliable product, of long duration,
of undisputed quality, to competitive costs to
propose in an international market.
We have been called for the training, consultancy
and validation of a finite element fluid dynamic
calculation methodology using the software FloWorks. |
The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis
was applied to impellers in production. The totally
three dimensional calculation method made it possible
to evaluate the distribution of the pressure and
speed of the fluid dynamic field in simulated
test conditions.
Thanks to this technology, today TGT can define
the performances of a new impeller right from
the design phase, anticipating the results in
the plant tests. |

By varying the projects dimentional parameters, it
is now possible to forsee the complete performance of
the revolving machine, in terms of dynamic pressure
given to a fluid, to the variation of the shaft speed,
the vane pitch and the fluid discharge.
