Sandretto Industrie

Sandretto Industrie S.p.A. is part of the Cannon Group, and is the leader in the production of forging presses for plastic.

Dott. Ing. Gianluca Massaccesi was involved in the design and simulation by means of finite elements.

The designing work was mainly for the modeling of the closing group and injection group. Using virtual prototyping techniques it was also possible to carry out the study and verification of the layout of the hydraulic and lubrication circuits for a series of machines.

The three-dimensional designing was completed by structural verification by means of finite elements of the mobile and fixed layout.

The Studio was also envolved in the dynamic simulation envolved in the closing phase of the mold.
