Finite Element
Modeling
The construction of the finite element
model, able to describe in an adequate
manner the structural, thermal or dynamic fluid
properties of the system, which needs to be analyzed,
is typically the most costly phase of an analysis,
in terms of time and resource.
We
can apply their experience and the most advanced
software tools for the creation of finite element
models. These models can be given to those customers
who request them, so that they can be used to
simulate the behavior of a mechanical system even
before it is built.
We know how to produce finite element models,
in a way that takes maximum advantage of the 3D
CAD geometry supplied, and at the same time how
to make the most suitable choices in order to
exclude insignificant details, obtaining the best
compromise between accuracy and
efficiency of the model itself.
We know how to model multiple parts as a single
part, but we can also model assemblies constituted
of more parts, arranged in diferent spatial configurations.
Depending on the product specifications, we know
how to achieve the optimal finite element model
for every application, using the element types
that are best able to model the physic phenomenon
involved in the situation to be simulated.
