Linear Thermal
Analysis
The
linear thermal analysis is capable of calculating
the thermal field, in function to certain contour
conditions, such as temperature
or heat flow.
The thermal systems that can be analyzed can
consist of a single part, or an assembly consisting
of several parts thermally coupled.
It is possible to use a linear thermal analysis
to optimize the cooling circuit of a mold or an
endothermic motor. In the design of printed circuits,
the information given by these types of analysis
allows the optimization of the heat transfer phenomenon
involved in the working electronic components.
